Founded in 1985, Al Khawarizmi International College (KIC) is the first private institution in the UAE to be accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Since its inception in Abu Dhabi, KIC has provided its students with a variety of opportunities that aim to further their education and help open doors for future employment.
At KIC our main focus is on teaching through practical application. We aim at producing graduates who are ready to meet the demands of today’s workforce. Our programs provide our students with theoretical and conceptual knowledge in their fields, but more than that, they prepare our students with relevant practical skills and competencies in order for them to embark successfully on their careers.
We offer a variety of programs to suit students from all walks of life, and we offer convenient course scheduling during mornings and evenings, as well as during the weekend, to ensure all students can find suitable study timings. With such flexibility in scheduling, our students are free to remain employed while completing the program of their choice and can gain both professional and educational experience at the same time.
We are affiliated with various international universities including institutions in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia where our students can continue their higher education, or choose to transfer to, after their time with us at KIC.
All our classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art learning facilities to enhance student’s experiences and ensure an optimal learning environment. We also strive to guarantee accessibility for all applicants, therefore we have set affordable fees and convenient payment plans following our aim of providing education to as many students as possible.
KIC is devoted to maintaining life-long relationships with students both during their time at the college and after they graduate. Our dedicated student relations team is focused on ensuring a healthy, conducive atmosphere for our students and helps to bring the most out of them all.
KIC closely works with employers both locally and internationally to provide our graduates with job opportunities and guidance, as well as to ensure their transition into the professional world is as smooth as possible. Due to over 2 decades of providing opportunities in the UAE, we have a strong network of affiliate employers and to date, we have seen over 35,000 of our graduates gradually transitioning into their professional ambitions.
We warmly invite all prospective students to make us a part of their journey towards an exciting, fulfilling future; while we do our utmost effort to provide academic and professional excellence to all students and members of our institution.
